Gemma works internationally as the Executive Director and Co-Founder of the Global Women’s Water Initiative (GWWI). GWWI invests in women by training them to become water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) technicians, trainers and social entrepreneurs. She was selected to be an Echoing Green Fellow for this work.
